Sounds like your dealing with a connection problem, but without additional info, there is nothing we can do to help you.

Thanks for suggestion, but it's not a connection problem, even when BitComet stops - all sites are working perfectly and also i've got a primitive connection sentinel program - if the connection is lost it'll give me a signal. I'm thinking, maybe it's files that i'm downloading are damaged.

My point is that you have included none of the required info, but perhaps the router you "may" or "may not" be using is unable to handle the many connections that bittorrent needs to function correctly. That is one of hundreds of causes that "may" make bitcomet behave in this way, but I'm not going to list them all here, its your job to provide the info, and we will offer advice if we can.
