i installed homebrew using ver 4.0 on my Wii no problem. When i tried to install a 'play backups on your wii' program the screen went black and a message 'your files are corrupt please refer to your wii trouble shooting guide'. I re-booted, now the screen is black with '4.0 Euro' in the bottom right hand corner, it won't start normally to the menu and freezes. Does this mean my wii is bricked? If so, how do i repair it?

Does anyone else have a similar problem? How do you solve it ?

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated as i only have so much hair left to pull out!!
