have a player of WW2 that I suspect it be hacker, as denounce?
hack? really? he might just have a lot of $$$ to buy gold
sure? because when I attack is a damn point of asking? in the number of its troops and I ended up not killing and not getting anything.
If you spy him and he shows as having troops in one base he probably moves them to a second base if he has one.
but the player has so I'm attacking a base! how it can move them?
If he has a 2nd base all he has to do is send them to his other base before you arrive. Or,if he is in an alliance he can send his troops to one of there bases to support.In order to really understand what you mean you will have to explain clearly and type so everything is readable.
Basically what your target is doing is called a Safety Movement, Fleet Save etc. He sees your attack incoming and moves all his troops to a different base in order to not lose them. He is also more than likely putting all of his resources up on the market to protect them from being taken.
if your target is online that he can use several way to avoide your attack.
it is technical skill not hack.
