(1)transfer all downloaded files to the new computer keeping the exact folder name (moving the whole downloads directory is recommended)

(2)right click each torrent and save torrent as somewhere like desktop (so you can reach them faster)

(3)move the newly made torrent files to the new pc

(4)open the .torrent files with bitcomet on the new computer and save them exactly where you moved the files for that torrent (a box should appear saying that you have already downloaded that, click yes/ok)

(5)once all tasks are in the new pc do a manual hash check on all of them

(6)AND MOST IMPORTANTSEED

koyotee39, please keep comments to only the technical merits of the members post. This is a support forum, not a place to discuss bikinis

if you have problems moving large amounts of data from one pc to another then use a rj45-rj45 ethernet cable (the one used to connect a network adapter to a modem) and connect the two computers. the transfer speed varies depending on your hardware but it's over 20mb/s First connect two computers using a LAN cable (RJ45). When connecting two computers directly without using a switch/hub you need a crossover punch cable. (There are two types of LAN cable are available straight through and crossover).

Then you need to set the IP of both computers manually. To set the IP go to Control panel > Network Connection. Right click on the network adapter > Properties > double click on TCP/IP

Set the first computer’s IP as

IP address: 192.168.1.2

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Default gateway: 192.168.1.1

And click Apply/Ok on all windows

On second computer just change IP address to 192.168.1.3

Then your network connection will be established.

For sharing files, folders, drives, printer, internet you need to activate sharing.

To share file/folder/drive right click on it and select sharing & security. A window will open, click “share this folder” check box and click OK. Then the file /folder/drive will be shared.

On the other computer you will able to access those shared files from Network Place or go to Run and type \\computer name\ and click OK you will get the shared contains in a window.

///////////When finished transferring files undo changes to the tcp/ip protocol to be able to connect to the internet.

Thank you vasy_andone I've just did this. I was thinking it was as Ares. But after creating and copying the torrent files it worked.
