bug in construction,the delay counter is going from 10 to 1 and keeps repeating so

construction will not complete.valhala base server 3

Likewise with building, also with troops attacking and again with those returning to base....all delay loop bug.

Recruitment, attacks, buildings.. everything is on a delay loop. Must be our favorite server 1941 who has found a new way of annoying us all.
