Changing Stronghold?

What would happen if I change stronghold? I assume your alliance HQ and Military commmitee will be switched, my questions is:

Would my commanders and army get switched over?

if not, where is the benefits of switching strong hold :_(

stronghold controls Tech. sub-base mirrors stronghold's, if switched, tech from your original stronghold will be gone, It will go back to normal if you reswitch it.

The major point in switching strongholds is if you have say 3 bases, and they are 300, 600, 700 area, you can move your stronghold to a larger base then demolish the 300 to build a new base of larger area. Of course the actual prep to do it takes a lot of time, and a lot of resources, so you have to decide for yourself if the reward outweighs the cost.

If you do swap stronghold there is a bug i reported, still waiting for response, wherebye you "lose" any outpost you have built, it's still there, just not recognised by server. This forces you to build a rank 2 outpost @ 250 each resource for your 3rd base!

ah..so it is better to switch when u only have 3 bases, when the outpost lvl 1 is cheap
