As you sow, so shall you reap
This is a great saying and it fits for all of us whether rich or poor human or animals, big or small.
We can’t sow thorns and reap apples. The law of karma is universal. It applies equally to all. Every thought, word, deed, emotion, feeling and wish are the seeds we show in the fields of life. In due course the seeds will germinate and grow into trees and yield fruit bitter or sweet, which we shall have to eat. No one else that can do for us.
There are causes that produce their effect immediately. There are other causes that produce their after after long time. If we overeat, it is cause we have created. It produces an immediate effect ie indigestion. There are other causes which take time to produce its effect, every seed must yield its fruit. This is the law of Karma. We are told all men are created equal. No one can be so foolish as to imagine that there is actual equality of ability or environment or conditions of birth for all. Why, in the same......

 1. Ur deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most...We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
t's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

2. Nothing is impossible to a willing heart.

I am a student, I always make Plans, time table to study and I stick to it for one or two days and then I just forget it. Because of my this habit I have encountered a lot of failures in my life. I am preparing for MBA and I am still more or less still the same. If this is the condition and I don't improve my self I am DumbASS.

Success is getting what you want. Happiness is wanting what you get.
Dale Carnegie

spirituality is about coexistence with the nature and its surroundings.
I think we were allowed to evolve because we were the ones who could protect the earth from the harm.
Spirituality by its very definition is an attempt to rise above the mundane ( worldly matters) and the physical. For me if a shirt cost me Rs 1lakh can bring happiness , I would be much happier in buying foods and clothes to children leaving in slum areas.

We still love and revere (regard with feeling of respect) Gandhiji for his simplicity and ability to shed all worldly desires and possessions.

When people are dependent on us, it's a bit difficult to throw up hands and go on a protracted(relatively long in duration) tour in search of our inner self. Causing unhappiness to those we love is bad karma, Our basic tenet in life should be to treat other people the we ourself would like to treated.......

If we are observer we would have noticed two kind of loners. Those who wear their loneliness comfortably. At ease with themselves, their gaze is steady and introspective(self examining). Friendly if someone approaches them they aren't unduly perturbed( disturb in mind)
The second kind of people are those extremely uncomfortable with their loner status. They are awkward if someone talks to them, and more so when ignored. Bad social manners yes, but beyond that, you can figure these are lonely people who haven't learnt to be comfortable with their aloneness.

Loneliness is not the same as aloneness. Being alone implies not having anybody with you : it's a state of being. A person who is aline my or may bot lonely. You can be comfortable and positive with you aloneness, or you may choose to be negative about it, which is when becomes loneliness- a state or mind.
Loneliness, if fact, doesn't just strike those who are alone. It can strike you even......

The brain's ability to regenerate and renew itself through mental exercises, meditation and creative visulalization is being increasingly rcognised,
A group neurological researchers, with the Dalai Lama, formed the Mind and Life Institute in the US. They have proven that certain mental exercises such as Buddhists mindfulness meditation and creative visualisation strengthen certain parts of the brain by generating fresh brain cells, neurons. Buddhists and Vedantic Philosophes talk of mind over matter. Teach philosophies teach that there is no fixed You. Not only can you generate neurons and form new synapses through mental exercises, personality wiseyou also become who you think you are through repetitive thoughts and visualisations, Such activity programmes your subconscious mind to create a new you.

Who we are and the life we live are in a constant state of flux and energy benind this constant change are our thoughts. India's sahes teach that this whole world is......

the disabled people in our country still remain in a political wilderness. A vast number of 40 to 90 millions ou our people are excluded from existing programmes. Studies show that they are poorest of the poor, the most illiterate and shunned society.
the policy process is a political process. Since Independece, the disabled have classified thit other vulnerable and weaker sections of the population of the population such as women, the scheduled caste and sheduled tribes. the other groups have had powerful political lobbie. Dr. Ambedkar for the Dalits, Ghandhiji for the SCc and a very strong political lobby for Women. But the fact is disabled have been left behind.

A recent World Bank report, has reiterated that education and employment of disable people are last on the list of the government expenditures. Over 75% of diabled children oar out of the network of services.

In prayers, people ask god to shower his blessings so that they lead a life free from all adversities. But god's favour is not always about happiness and mirth. God's favour includes a lot of challenges.

The story of Christmas is an example. It begins with the appearence of angel Gabriel before Mary. The angel said that god has highly favoured you.
The challenge was very big one for Mary because she was virgin at that time and bearing child was against the existing social norms. Mary accepted god's will, But problem did not end here. She had to travel a log journey, besides she had to walk on foot for miles, when she was around nine month's pregnant. She gave birth to the king of peace inside a stable. The meaning is, we must not assume that if we are surrounded by adversities, we are bot being loved or looked after by the Almighty, he is always there with us, But he keeps giving......

We are the outcome of all  the significant decisions we have made in our lives; and choosing not to decide is also a decision, and we can say that if decision is so vital, is their an hierarchy of decision making that would help better understanding its nature and basis?

For some people , decision are made by instinct . This is mainly a reflexive response to a survival situation . " Action precedes thought"

for some, decisions are made on the basis of our conscious beliefs. invariably based on the past .

For some, decisions are made on the values. One consciously chooses a value to respond . consciously chooses to create future based on the values that  one has chosen to respond with. This type of decision is future oriented. Only human beings are capable of such decision making.

We need to make right choices and decisions......
