Do some Internet Service Providers actualy block file sharing programs from connecting? Do ISP's deliberatly slow transfer rates of p2p conections ? Is this a fact or just part of the new mythology ?...TRODE

But here's the latest rub : Running BC / ED 1.03 /windows Media center2005 SP2 .BitComet Always comes on strong with rates around my global set limits (D 135/UP 85 Kb/s.Then after running 1 to 4 hours my rates , both up and down , drop to a trickle .down to 1or 2 Kb/s. Exiting and re-starting BitComet gets back the high speeds for a while then they drop off again . IS this normal ? Please Say It Aint So ....TRODE
