Cant activate MWO acc in bitcomet, acc already in use

Hi all

I have a problem, i wanna get the platinums on MWO but always if i wanna activate my mwo acc it tells me that the acc is already in use, sure, its my play acc.

what can i do now w/o starting new mwo acc ?
