u need to download divx bundle,and have a divx certified dvd player its the easiest way to watch films and quickest.

what i mean is how to compress a series of films in a single cd

To put your own movies to one Cd-r or Dvd-r from AVI format.

You can add your movies as DATA onto your disc if you play those on your computer

If you want done those more professional, use nerovision from Nero7 this software is really the best to creat menu,chapter background etc... as a real commercial dvd

But becarefull piracy is a crime and selling this kind of stuff is illegal

Don't try to compress them, they're already as compressed as they can be. Just put them in a single directory and make a torrent of the directory.

Do not transcode them with Nero, they will bloat up enormously and you will only be able to fit one movie on a DVD. Burn the .avi's as data, not as video.
