some one please help i have go speed but my downloading doesn't exceed 8kbs don't know why? My green lights are on but for the past one week i am unable to download progs anymore. Really need HELP!!!

how many firewalls do you run with bit comet, are you on a dialup connection?

have you installed the e donkey plugin, this helps, open bit comet, go to options, go to ed task download the plugin install it, tick the enable box and your good to go then go to connections downloads to unlimited and your upload to 15 try it,hope it helps

check your windows vista if you have it or windowsXP Firewall program and make sure that part of BitComet isn't Firewalled off and blocked from its full capacity..that happened to me and now it runs 90kb a second so goodluck man!!

Hi, had same problem and found this advice and it worked.

Select the file under "File Name" and stop the file from downloading.

Right click the file name and select "Manual Hash Check".

wait for this to complete, see the percentage column to the right and this will indicate the hash check progress.

Once completed start the file download and this should correct to 100% downloaded.
