The job hunt is over! I found a job I Japan!
As the headline say I finally fond a job! The last interview was a smash! Ok I’m going to slow down a bit and tell you about the day I had the interview.
The day of the interview started bad I was stressed as …. And as I arrived to the station I was going to switch from train to buss a phone call from a work agency came… they wanted to tell me about this geat job at a university… wile I was trying to explain in Japanese that I was going there already I fanatically searched fore my buss. When he finally understood it was not a mistake in my Japanese more that I was rely going there he apologized and I was on my way, he was kind enough to tell me the name of the bus stop (that I forgot In a few seconds since my memory is equitable chicken when I’m under stress) .
So I was at least on the right bus that’s a start, so I tried to ask the bus driver about the university, he answers in a vague farce like: -Yes the buss stops there. I was confused but certain about 2 kanji in the name… of course there has to be more kanji in the same name! so I accidentally jump one stop before the bus stop! I have 20 min until I have to be there! And those of you how know about Japanese you should know that being late to a job interview is NOT AN OPTION! Lucky me I saw the direction ware the bus went and by the help of some kind old people I found a stream of young people. So I followed it until I found my way to the uni! With 5 min to spare I asked the staff ware the cafeterias manager was and they asked me to wait.
So I meet first with a guy little chubby but friendly guy that showed me to the second floor ware I meet the manger. With these to 25-32 year old guys I make conversation and tell them about myself and show them my CV that I wrote the day before. They wore impressed it seems so they shortly gave me the hunch that I got the job J I was show around in the café and after that we talked about my work hours 14:30-19:00. After we reached a agreement they asked me to come next Monday!
And that is the story how I got my first real job in Japan.
And tomorrow is my first day at the new job as well as the first day in school fore a 3 week holiday. Wish me luck ; )
I finnish with a few images from my village,
Just another day in japan / Razar
