How do i make my downloads run faster. HHEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!

My downloads are taking me ages(sometimes 3-4 days)i've tried google and everything for a soloution can anybody help me PLEASE.Sometimes it downloads at 400kb/s but most of the time it's between 1-10kb/s.I'm not a computer geek so i need it explained step by step in easy terms.Some of the soloutions and screenshots are on an old versions of bitcomet so i can't find the places i need to look in HHHHEEEELLLLPPPPP.

Well have you tryed to forward your port yet? right if not go era n follow the step by step guide [url]okhttp://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm[/url]n it may help to check to see if your firewall as it in there.go to control panel n click windows firewall then click add program,check to see if BitComet is in there ok.n add your port as well by clicking add port top line wright bitcomet,on the secound line add your port number ok.to see what it is click options in bitcomet n it at the bottom ok.if you have any more probs or need any more help just email me at [ gary.thor@hotmail.com ] with your OS [operateing system] windows or mac.well if this helps pop over n leave your mark ok n there other links on my page as well n enjoy the read of me blogs..goodluck n Laters Gary http://blog.bitcomet.com/thorgaz/
