Indeed, they do!
Whenever you write on your blog or someone writes in yours receive points. And also receive when writing on the blog of others.
But when it is to receive more write a Post.
I also noticed that if you delete a blog, the points go away. :(
2 points for writing blog
1 point each for commenting in blog/guestbook/whatever.
I don't think I get points when someone else comments though, at least it doesn't seem that way. I *wish*!
I am sure that a comment worth 1 point ..
when i added a new post it gave me 2 points only!!

uploading photos
updating your blog
perfecting your info
that last two i don't know about it !! maybe you do
Oh yeah? You know, I added pics today but I didn't get points, and I changed my blog around and didn't get points, but hey.. I can live with that. (:
