I wouldn′t like to live in ancient times...I enjoy life and I want to leave for a long time...in those periods the life span of humans were too small...they were dead by the time they turned 30 or 40...and that sucks...

I think I would want to live at end of 19th century, begining of 20th century... before the I world War... It was nice time of different inventions and discoveries... People were optim,istic about future... very romantic... good time in my opinion...

But, of course, I like our time too....

my opinion that i want to live in ancient life .this life without compelicated &more easy.si the life not be fast such now.i can see every thig is invented not same now i olny use everything but i most things i dont know who invent it & how.i see it more beautifual life.

I would like to go back to a time of peace if it ever existed. I have the same thing with my posts alot of readers but not many comments. I comment on most posts I read unless it is something that I am not interested in...

G'day mate and I have to agree with you because i get the same thing with my posts...a lot of people read them but only a few comment and is usually the same ones.

I think people are afraid sometimes to express an opinion and the language does cause a problem for some.

About ancient time I always love Egypt and the pharaohs because of the culture, the art and its people. To live there during peace time would have been wonderful....

Now the time I want to live in is my time....it is not a place as such ( like you said now or pharaoh times or roman times) it is that specific time in my life in which I was completely and utterly happy and at peace with myself and the whole world around me. It was like that once in my life and I wish I could go back in time and make it happen again.

The answer to your question is that you have to live the life in the era you are born in, till now there is no time machine which can transport you to another era, you might want to live in another era which you have read about but we dont know how people lived in that era, maybe they were unhappy or slaves or kings or whatever.
