The creator of these RAW SoftSubs is someone named "somuchmore" . I tried googling his/her name but nothing, so instead i googled his torrents:

Why are these softsubs so special? Heres the stats:

Obviously the just listed perks are why this FANsub of Sippuuden is
#1, above all others(that are translated into English) without a doubt.
