Well i finally found enough torrents to post links to the main sites here.
Please post a reply if you found this usefull and seed this release as much as you can , even if only for a few hours a day.

The creator of these RAW SoftSubs is someone named "somuchmore" . I tried googling his/her name but nothing, so instead i googled his torrents:
"Naruto Shippuuden [insert episode number here] (1280x720 h264 Raw + english subs).torrent"

Why are these softsubs so special? Heres the stats:
Video Quality: Excellent at 1280x720 TRUE HD (not upslaced 848x480)
Audio Quality: Excellent at 128 kbps
Sub Quality: Uses the exact sub from the famed Dattebayo. But it's nt
Encoded INTO the video. Allowing the user to TURN OFF the subs. There
is also a alternate Subtytle track with altered Typesetting as well.
Obviously the just listed perks are why this FANsub of Sippuuden is
#1, above all others(that are translated into English) without a doubt.

Impressive indeed, considering the subbing is hand made. It covers just about to the point where Shippuuden first introduced 1280x720p HD Raws.
Though i did find the FEW episodes missing on that tracker, on Mininova instead:
