my upload speed cant be set lower 10kb (can set >10).what happened .any 1 know plz tell me.
What version are you using...
It's good to set your upload >10 because you'll get a higher download......

dont set your upload speed that low or your dl speed will drop.The more you upload the quicker the dl.Also set your half open limit to about 75
