SEEDING
seeding is when you have downloaded 100% of the movie and is sending it to others.
now to find out if your seeding in bitcomet is to check if it has an
orange up arrow next to it if so thats seeding. if its a green down
aarow its still being downloaded but also sent.
now for the other stuff,
when you go to download a .torrent (the file that tells bitcomet what
ur downloading) off a website the site will tell you what file types
are in it (.rar .avi .mpg and so on).
well what u want to be mainly looking for are .iso's (for games).
.avi or .mpeg or .divx or .mpg (for movies).
now about the .bin files i think there dvd copys if anyone can add to
this in the coments section we can make it alot better for everyone and
stop the mass of questions about it.
DEAD TORRENTS
now im gonna explain about dead torrents (these are torrents that stay
at a % forever (or a really long time even if theres seeders) well its
mostlikey that its a dead (fake) torrent. i had one that was stuck on
55.9% i left it for a week and then removed it as there was 20 seeds
and the level was the same.
So for anyone who thinks they have a dead torrent i would say keep
it running for a week if theres no change (but theres seeds) remove the
torrent as its a waste of download usage.

the best to use is vlc player, this player plays nearly everything
and the best dvd burning software in my opinon is convert x to dvd
(it changes all those .mpeg or .avi and so on) and converts them to a
dvd that can be watched on any dvd player.
ADDING BITCOMET TO YOUR FIREWALL IN XP
pics for the steps are below the step
1 go to control pannel
2a go to network and internet connections (in category view)
to check what view ur in look at the left hand top of the screen will say
(click to clasic view that means your already in category view)
2b go to network connections (in classic view) to check what view ur in
look at the left hand top of the screen will say (click to category view
that means your already in classic view)
3a (category view) click network connections
4 now right click the connection you are using
5 go to properties
6 a new window will open called local area connection properties will now show
7click the advanced tab at the top
8 now where the windows firewall bit is click settings
9 now another new window will open called windows firewall
10 now go to the exceptions tab
11 check if bitcomet has been added (if it has im not sure what to do but
if it hasnt continue)
12 ok so its not there well now you need to add bitcomet to it (and its
port too) so lets first add the program
13 click the add program button (a new will open called add program)
14a scroll down and check if bitcomet is there if so click it and click ok
14b if not click browse and click the look in window bit (the little down aarow)
15a go to local disc (C:)
15b go to program files
15c go to bitcomet
15d now click the orange bitcomet icon (its above crash report and below
torrents if ur useing 1.03version)
16 click open it
17 now click ok on the add program window
18 ok thats done time to add the port
19a open bitcomet
19b click the options tab (then the options subtab)
19c a new window will open
19d click the connection tab bit on the side
19e go to listening port bit (located on the right hand side)
19f copy that number and make sure its set to listening port and not no
listening port (it will be grey if no listening ports open)
20a go back to the windows firewall window
20b now click the add port button
20c add that number and the name bitcomet (and click the tcp thing)
20d click ok then click add port again
20e this time add the number and name (but this time click the udp thing)
20f click ok and ok on the firewall
WERE DONE WE HAVE NOW ADDED BITCOMET TO THE FIREWALL EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
