Not sure if it's actually works but I did try it and it
works for me (hope it does to you as well). Below is
what his/her suggestion;
Slow download speed for long time.
Heres a thing I found out. Tracker not only cause
problems for you when they fail. They can also screw your
speed if they are working at rare occactions. If you have tried everything that they have asked you to do then delete the tracker permantily. Do not re-enter the tracker name. Just leave it and the speed might go back up......
