Plot Summary
In the romantic comedy
story, a high school girl named Kotoko finally tells a fellow senior
named Naoki that she has loved him from afar since she saw him on their
first day of high school. However, Naoki, a haughty "super-ikemen"
(handsome male) with smarts and sports talent, rejects her offhand.
Fate intervenes when a mild earthquake ruins Kotoko's family house.
While the house gets rebuilt, Kotoko and her dad stay at the home of
her dad's childhood friend...whose son is Naoki.
My Thoughts
I have read a few chapters of this manga...a pretty interesting story indeed
despite the manga's drawing. I was somehow hopeful
that the characters will look better in the animé version but I guess I
expected too much
but that won't keep me from watching the series to the end! It's
pretty interesting how things are going for Kotoko, who got rejected by
Naoki, which she ended up being his "house mate". Will they find love in
the end?
That's for all of us to find out in the episodes to come.
-----
Episode 3 turn out to be more than what i have expected...now i can no longer wait for episode 4 to come! Naoki isn't really that
bad although he could really be an ass sometimes
but i think reading Kotoko's letter helped him shift his feelings towards her
though it served him right to be slapped by Kotoko for being so insensitive!
but i was really surprised he remembered everything! genius aside, i really think he did it on purpose ne? isn't that just cute?!
and i had to laugh about that mixed relay scene they had...poor Kotoko, she
can't helped but be mesmerized by Naoki's "super-ikemen" appeal!
