  Needed help,

http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:luF87zNsavoJ::libizblog.files.wordpress.com/2007/10/question-mark.jpg

Hmm...i was supposed to graduate next year. But i failed 2 course and i have to repeat it. I wanted to take the course this semester but my academic supervisor would not let me do so. He told me that the allowed credit hours is 21. But if i took that course my credit hour is 23. If i dont take this course in this semester, the same course would not be offered in semester 2, so i have to extend my study from 4 years to 5 years. That is so sucks. What should i do????????

I'm terribly depressed!!!!!

hey, that's what happend with me.

students in my college should be graduated in 5 years.

But for me, it will be 6, and that is because I failed in a course.

I know it's so sick to stay longer, But, to get butter grades, there is something you don't want to happend, will happend.

For me, I choose to stay a 6 years, so I can get more great marks.

for you, what ever you do i wish you the best of luck.

I have developed a "fate" philosophy which in your case says - 'you cannot go back and do better, so go forward and do even better!'.

I have to admit that in a similar circumstance the same happened to me (in another world and in a different field). I had already evolved the philosophy (above) and it seemed to work in general cases, so I applied it to my failure and then I started looking forward to out-performing everyone else in that sub ject. I was actually addressed as "Subject Master" during that year and was rewarded with a high achievement award as a result.

I do wish you the best of luck (which tends to fall upon random subjects) and I also wish you to have the ability to concentrate on realising your objective!

Dear Eliza

Right now that one year extra may look like a big time, but some years from now it wont matter so dont get depressed and be happy.

Ok my husband failed 1 semester of 1 subject and ( he had broken his thumb on his right hand and failed because his lecturer would not allow him to defer his exam & he failed because his lev=cturere said the exami was illegable)

He went back the next year & picked up an extra subject for the full year & ended up with an additional major that in the end got him into his current field of researching a cure / cause of prostate cancer- the additional cost was a pain but now come 10 years later he feels he owes that lecturera great deal as he is now in a field he loves.

i think yours in not a big deal problem... try contemplating on what the chinese philosopher Confucius say about education: "He who learns but does not think is lost; he who thinks but does not learn is in great danger." Good luck, friend, and enjoy life...

not graduating doesn't mean that you can do nothing ..

you can start a short term working experient ...

doesn't need to be a job that using your certificate ...

but more to make you more experienced human ...
