This is a highly recommended utility program (Ver. 4.50.1456) that really helps to manage the bandwidth. Please note that I recommend it above Adsl 4000.
Why?
Certainly, users do not only download, but work with E-mails, Skype and use other programs which are internet-related. With a low Adsl speed, if you use Skype with Voice&Video, then it is sound to "suspend tasks" in BitComet while on the line.
Of course, if you use the "suspend tasks" in BitComet, do not complain that you did not get the daily 120 points... 
Nevertheless, please check your local provider for the Adsl absolute speed and make checks concerning the stability of your connection; it varies from country to country (here I mean especially the whole European continent).
