Just Follow these simple instructions and you can have faster d/l speeds.
Open up bitcomet and open options. Now find out your max uplaod speed and then multiply it by 80, then divide it by 100. Then put that number into the Global Max Upload Rate.
At Task Connections Schedule, for max simultaneous download tasks number put in 2.
Go to advanced connections and in open maximum connections per task put in 150.
Then in global maximum connections put in 200.
The last step is in Max simultaneous half-open Tcp connections put in 8.
